Alopecia Awareness Week is a whole week devoted to a condition that affects thousands of people every year in the Untied Kingdom. The aim during this week is to educate as many people as possible, throughout the country about what alopecia is and the effects it can have on an individual and their loved ones. By educating we hope to banish the misconceptions that surround this condition and help promote a positive well-being to all that may be affected in the future or have been affected in the past.

We aim to make help, advice and support more accessible to anyone that may need it and through fund raising events held across the country, raise money that can be given to help fund research into the condition that affects one in every ten people in the UK.

During Alopecia Awareness Week we hope to bring together support organisations from around the country to ensure that we reach the largest audience possible.
